In collaboration with Cloud Gallery, THE LIVES WITHIN exhibition is an artist collective of the 2023 Georgian College Fine Art Advanced program graduates.  The students faced many challenges with COVID during their tenure of their program, yet the remaining 6 students embraced their learning opportunities and showed strength and perseverance during this time. We welcome you to share and celebrate these emerging artists as they take you inside their worlds and their lives within.

Recognized locally as Wendy Marchand, I am now located in Tiny, Ontario, Canada where I am married, retired and living my best life. In my art practice, I am drawn to feminist issues encompassing themes related to gender equality, women's rights, and social justice. I aim to produce art that celebrates the multifaceted nature of women, their strengths, and their stories by challenging societal norms yet promote gender justice and equality in all aspects of life. As a visual artist, I have a special interest in photography, painting, sculpture, and printmaking.
